It's got a peculiar kind of charm- not fast food, but not a formal sit down place either. It's simple and well done food. Not the best Mexican food I've ever had, but I would come again if I am in the area.
I have been going here for a few years now . Besides the drive through microphone never working Ive always had a good experience. Food has been hot and fresh. HOWEVER It has gone straight down the hill. Turnover rate on the staff is monthly. I get it good help is hard to fine but its painful. It took 20 minutes My last two times to get a $20 order. The last two times they have got my order wrong. Quality of the food is declining. Burt and dry . Luckily for them there is slim pickens in Albertville for food . I cant see my self going there anymore.
I had the pollo loco and it was fantastic! I am definitely in love with the white sauce (cheese dip) and chips/salsa, the service was great and the place has a friendly staff. I recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food, it was different and authentic... I will be back!
The food tasted like they use really cheap ingredients. Their menu prices are way too high for such cheaply made food. The staff was very nice. The people working in the kitchen apparently messed up my order and had to remake it. I ordered straight off the menu, nothing special. I was never informed about my order having to be completely remade. I only found this out after the person I was with received their meal and finished it, while I was still sitting there waiting for my food. I then asked the guy at the counter where my food was and I was told it had to be remade, thanks alot guys. I will probably never be wasting my money here again. I would rather go to Taco Bell than this place.
The food was pretty decent, but the service wasn't the best. I asked for a to go cup and the guy at the front desk gave me a cup with no lid. And they had no air conditioning (but that is just a technical problem.) In conclusion, I would not recommend going there. Thank you for reading. :)
