Great pad Thai, super spicy as requested and tasty pot stickers. Service is a little slow
Good food, horrible service. I tried calling three times with no answer and no machine to let you know they are just busy and aren't able to answer the phone. I had to call the Rogers location to ask if the Albertville location was even still in business. When I finally got through, the woman on the phone was very short and rude. I tried upgrading from white rice to brown or fried rice and they wouldn't do it. This is something I am willing to pay for. I asked why they don't and all she could say way "I don't know, you'll have to ask the owner." Then I asked about not answering the phone, and she said "I did answer" in a very rude and demeaning tone. Customer service is gone from this establishment. I would have no problem paying their inflated food prices if the service was better. I will most likely not be returning.
Excellent food, and service, though they were busy, and there was only one guy working all the tables, (hiring) but he still did a good job. Food is always so good! I had Pad si-ew and my husband had Sesame chicken. So flavorful. Lots of families/single parents there with school age children. Friendly atmosphere, casual, but nice. Large window lets in a lot of light, with beautiful plants I enjoyed sitting by. Conversation at all the tables. In the mall near Coborns. Good, consistent quality of food and service for years. I recommend it!
Just average Thai cuisine. Understaffed on Saturday evening. One server for all tables, also managing call-in to-go orders. Probably won't return.
Much Much better experience than the Rogers, Minnesota! I had ordered the Pad Thai and despite the taste being a little sweeter than back in Chicago. The noodles were unique texture tasting wise. Service was fast and very friendly. Chicken Satay was delicious too!! Do come here! Improvement than the Rogers, Minnesota location. Hope you get Paris as your server.
