Food was OK service was OK. But the up charges for barbecue sauce for mayonnaise. Not sure if thats a good idea first restaurant Ive ever been to the charges for barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. My kids ordered chicken strips and they had to be charge for barbecue sauce
Margarita was way too salty. Server looked at the front and back of my ID for an uncomfortably long time. She also forgot to bring bread we asked for. Food came fast and tasted decent but not great. Prices also decent but not great. It would help if they had a drink menu. Would have gave 4 stars if service wasnt awkward.
I didn't get my salad before my meal came, and once the meal came I had to ask the server where my salad was. Then my boy friend ordered the ham steak and eggs, and got steak and eggs, the server looked confused and my bf had to get a menu to show him, the server said he would take care of it. He got half a ham steak, and then a whole ham steak. The server said he would fix it on the bill and take something off the bill and he talked to the manager and something else he didn't remember. When we got the bill was charged for the steak & eggs which is 2.00 more and was charged 13.49, on the menu it was 12.99. And nothing was taken off, so our server said he would correct it and when he came back with the new bill it was the same amount nothing changed and nothing taken off the bill so my bf went up to the tiller which was the manager to fix it! We have been going there for years, this visit was the worst. Since they changed the name the place has been going down the drain. Worst service ever!
Our family went to dinner on the same night as BINGO - big mistake. It was very crowded, and constantly hearing numbers yelled out wasn't good dinner atmosphere. The waitresses we had seemed clueless, but the food was the worst part. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, and they were easily the worst cheese curds we've ever had; we didn't even eat half the order. They were giant fried squares that tasted like cheesy doughnuts. Disgusting! Our toddler's meal included some sort of red applesauce that came in a plastic container usually reserved for ketchup or dressings, so we had to smell it to figure out what it was. We also had a fajita wrap that was fine, but not worth the cost. Everything was overpriced, and the food was disappointing. We will not be returning.
I highly recommend this place. Brian is a great owner and will take care of you. Great food, dessert, drinks, and service! Thank you! Cheesecake is the best!!!
